X348 Trolley | 3" I-Beam Overhead Conveyor Trolley Description：
CamelConvey I beam overhead conveyor trolleys are offered in 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch and 6 inch sizes with a variety of potions. These overhead conveyor components are available in either full ball complement or retainer configurations. The full ball complement trolley wheel contains the maximum number of precison ball bearings and is designed for heavy duty or high heat applications. The retainer type trolley wheel has each precsion ball bearing separted and equally spaced around the perophery of the bearing race by a two piece steel retainer cage. The retainer type wheel is designed primarily for transportaiton and parts delivery systems. It is generally not suited for heavy duty or high heat applications. 3”I beam overhead trolley or X348 trolley with a 5 1/2" drop has a load capacity of 200 pounds per single trolley. 400 pound capacity with load bar.
3" I-Beam Overhead Conveyor Trolley assembly consists of two half trolleys with full ball bearing complement type wheels and a standard "I" attachment. Does NOT included center chain link - for reference only.
Sometimes the drop distance is measured from the top of the conveyor I-beam and in other cases the drop distance is measured from the bottom of the I-beam.
3" I beam to I beam trolley consists of two half trolleys with full ball bearing complement type wheels, a standard "I" attachment or "H" attachment or "B" attachment and necessary sets of bolts and nuts as shown in the photograph on this page.
