The CamelConvey 3″ Power and Free Rear Trolley offers a single load capacity of 750 lbs (approximately 340 kg). When used with Power & Free systems and configured with a four-trolley load bar, it can handle loads ranging from 25 lbs (11 kg) to 3,000 lbs (1361 kg). Typically, each load is supported by two trolleys—a front trolley and a rear trolley—connected by a load bar. For heavier or specialized applications, additional trolleys can be used as needed.

Pusher dogs connected to the power chain engage with the front trolley to move the load forward. During accumulation, the beaver tail on the rear trolley lifts the pivoted connector on the pusher dog, disengaging it from the trolley. This design ensures that the rest of the conveyor system can continue operating without interruption.

The 3″ Power and Free Rear Trolley features four high-quality wheels made from premium bearing steel. These wheels are heat-treated to provide exceptional strength and wear resistance, ensuring smooth operation, durability, and a long service life in demanding industrial environments.
